I am teacher since 2002, at that time I was focused on traditional methodology, but it was until 2005 after my specialization in Autonomous learning when I started thinking in the role of the learner.
From that moment on I have been trying to apply this pedagogical approach in my classes, using strategies such as: comparison, reflection, analysis or portfolio, but I still feel there is so much I need to know about teaching a second language.

Iam luisa fernanda I am a teacher since 1998 if Iam teaching in this way or this way? I can say in both ways. I have to take into account my professional context, I work at a public school I teach in primary school. Since I began I believe I am aplying the communicative approach thinking all the time learners must develop and improve 4 skills. Many times in some schools I feel that if students inside the classroom are not in silence superiors and co-workers may be think they are loosing time and that teacher does not have authority to impart discipline.
Most of the time in my classroom 35 almost 40 students stay on their chairs. I know they enjoy activities and materials used.
I must continue learning from my students, myself and innovatios and research in nowdays pedagogy.
